About Me
I bring over 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating addictions, mental health challenges, trauma, family violence, and other life difficulties. I have a Masters of Social Work Degree, Clinical Specialization and am registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers.
My approach to therapy is empathetic, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and holistic. I work collaboratively with clients to explore both strengths and challenges, with the goal of fostering resilience, self-awareness, and empowerment.

That being said, those closest to us often have the most bias for our situation and have a tendency to want to fix our problems right away with their strategies rather than simply hear and understand where we are coming from first. Or we might be at a point in life where we feel incredibly isolated and are in need of safe and supportive connection.
My focus is on creating that safe supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. I’ll walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth and resilience at a pace that feels good to you.
