Yes. I provide both in-person sessions in Edmonton and secure online sessions for clients who prefer virtual counselling.
During your first session, we will discuss your goals, history, and current challenges. This helps create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
I use evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and EMDR (Level 1 & 2).
